Coaching & Counselling Retreats

The best you can be

"If a picture paints a thousand words......"

Not everyone is walking around, smiling.  People suffer from doubts, anxiety, grief.  Coaching and Counselling is difficult to obtain on the NHS, or costs a fortune privately.

It is our aim to make our services affordable for all - in fact we even offer some free courses to people on benefits!

What is a Coaching or Counselling Retreat?

Coaching helps you identify, set and reach goals. Counselling helps with emotional concerns, such as marriage break-up, anger or grief.  We believe in a 'blended' approach, and offer 1 to 1, and group retreats.

We take you away from home to a neutral venue.  Our picture is from a retreat at Oban, with the Isle of Mull in the background.  We have Coaching/Counselling sessions that are mixed with going back to basics - refresh yourself, walk in the countryside, read, have a massage, listen to music - in other words, learn to relax and enjoy life again!
